Linen is supplied and beds are made based on the number of people booking and beds paid for as additional bedrooms are closed off if beds are not booked and paid for at time of booking.
NOTE: Children 2 years old and younger are free when using own bedding, own cot or co-sleeping with parents. If your 2-year-old requires a single bed, please refer to the full-paying adult rates below.
A Port-a-Cot is available free of charge per stay (subject to availability) and includes only top and bottom sheets, we do not offer baby blankets or pillows.

- 1 Person = $250 Per Night
- 2 Peope = $300 Per Night
- 3 People = $350 Per Night
- 4 people = $400 Per Night
- 5 people = $450 Per Night
- 6 people = $500 Per Night
Our cottages are licensed for a max. 6 people per cottage.
Campervans / tents are not allowed alongside our cottages, instead please book both cottages if your party is more than 6 people.
Minimum 2-night stay for the above rates.

Other information for DIRECT BOOKINGS:
We accept payments through direct debit, Master Card & Visa.
There is a 2.2% surcharge on credit card transactions with our provider Square.
7 night stays receive a 20% reduction from total amount payable.
Returning guests receive 10% discount when staying minimum 2 nights.
(Note: Only 1 x 10% discount can be applied to each stay/booking)
Gift Vouchers are available for that special birthday or anniversary - contact us directly.
Cancellations Policy
Before you book, it's important to understand our direct booking and cancellation policies. We aim to be transparent and fair, ensuring you have all the information you need. Please review these policies carefully to avoid any misunderstandings and ensure a smooth booking process.
Full refund if cancelling with 7 days' notice.
Less than 7 days: 50% refund
Less than 5 day’s notice: Nil refund
